STAFF In 2015, our workforce consisted of 200 planters and 27 foremen, planting over to 16 million trees. Our core strength comes from one of the highest percentages of returning planters (65%) and experience to rookie planters ratios (10:1) in the industry. We have a hands-on approach to management, with all owners in the field ensuring we consistently provide top quality, efficient operations. Our team has successfully completed contracts ranging from 50,000 to 3 million trees throughout BC. Our planters and foremen are experienced and adaptable; all of our staff are trained and experienced in microsite planting to utilize the best possible spot for each tree.
