"Dynamic has been a really special company to work for. I have been in the same camp for the last 5 years which has allowed us to create a wonderful community of like minded people. When it comes to safety I have never worked a job that emphasizes it more. Driving is the most dangerous part of this job and I am very thankful to have had a boss like Bryan Garfield be so open about it. If we ever felt unsafe and talked to him about the issue, he would act upon it right away. The size of our camps are nice and intimate where you can get to know everyone on a first name basis. As far as the food goes we are very lucky with the cooks we have had in the last couple of years. Being vegan and vegetarian is no issue for them, as it allows them to be extra creative in the kitchen. I am very thankful for the Dynamic tree planting community I have been apart of, as I have made some amazing life long friends here."

The overall community was a welcoming and positive environment and I felt respected by all the planters and management alike. All the management focused highly on planter health and well being, the level 3 first aids were knowledgeable and approachable, had taping techniques for every type of tendonitis you threw there way. The contracts were well organized, the trucks were reliable and got us to the block every day, the days were always full and payment was always received in a timely matter. "What I have always liked about dynamic is the organization of the company. This helps me be successful by maximizing my time on the block with full days and less moves. I like the face to face time I get with the owners who actually care how I am doing and ask me if there is any way they can make it better. I like the new and reliable rental trucks we use because they keep me safe during the most dangerous part of my day. I've always enjoyed the smaller camps with excellent cooks. I have food allergies and it's awesome knowing that my dietary needs will be meet and that I am always provided delicious and healthy food.
